Lathe Operator

Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled Lathe Operator to join our team in Hungary. As a Lathe Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining lathe machines to produce precision parts according to specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate lathe machines to perform precision turning operations
• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine machining operations
• Select appropriate tools and materials for each job
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as necessary to ensure quality and accuracy
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on lathe machines to keep them in good working condition

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Lathe Operator or similar role
• Proficiency in operating manual and CNC lathe machines
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Knowledge of machining processes and metalworking techniques
