Role Description and Responsibilities

* Drive the IT implementation of the Finance Transformation Roadmap, collaborating with business, vendors, and integrators.
* Functionally oversee end-to-end integration of Finance Processes (Planning, Record-to-report, Procure-to-Pay) across systems like S4HANA, third-party cloud solutions, and on-premises IT applications.
* Take ownership of configuring and integrating one financial process, ensuring up-to-date system documentation
* Monitor technology evolution, proactively identifying opportunities, and implementing system enhancements.
* Oversee data initiatives with Group finance, ensuring efficient and effective data handling for all internal and Proximus stakeholders.
* Implement the Finance Logical Data Model correctly in IT systems and standardize services to facilitate access to Finance Data.



Profile

* Master’s degree in economics/finance and/or Computer Science/Mathematics/Statistics or relevant experience.
* Proven experience in transformation initiatives, including IT deployment, business process management, and financial data management.
* Experience in configuring ERP systems (e.g., SAP or Microsoft Dynamics) and implementing End-to-End processes.
* Strong knowledge of core financial domains, organization, processes, and IT systems involved.
* Familiarity with finance data models and modelling techniques.
* Analytical skills to understand data impact on business objectives and translate them into concrete data needs and actions.
* Knowledge of BI and reporting tools, interest in big data, and cloud technologies.
* Solid planning, priority setting, and time-management skills.
