We are looking for an experienced and fully independent Cloud / DevOps Lead with strong business acumen and a proven track record of leading and growing a team. You will be responsible for shaping our Cloud and DevOps service offering together with our Leadership Team and you will act as a point of contact for Cloud and DevOps matters both internally and in front of our Clients.

Your role will be crucial in ensuring that DevOps and Infrastructure are key components of the services we deliver to our clients. You will also be responsible for the overall sustainability and reliability of our infrastructure, improving cloud delivery and software development speed and you will be closely collaborating with our internal ICT Security team.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Collaborating closely with the Enrian Leadership Team on shaping and supporting the Cloud and DevOps component of the Enrian business value proposition

• Leading internal DevOps team to ensure the team’s success in managing infrastructure, automation, and deployment processes

• Taking an active part in Client discussions (and in relevant parts leading these discussions) to understand project requirements and acting as a technical expert effectively communicating technical concepts in a clear and concise manner

• Acting as an internal point of reference for Cloud and DevOps architecture

• Implementing and maintaining security best practices across DevOps resources in collaboration with the internal ICT security team

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support requirement gathering and analysis

• Contributing to the development of project documentation, including technical specifications and design documents

• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement

YOU’LL ACHIEVE YOUR BEST IF YOU HAVE

• Experience leading a team (recruiting, growing, and mentoring engineers)

• Full professional proficiency in English (both written and verbal, with the ability to engage in business and technical discussions fluently – English is our primary language both internally and towards Clients)

• Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their service offering

• Ability to articulate your ideas and solutions to colleagues and clients both within and outside of the DevOps domain

• Experience with both on-premise and cloud infrastructure

• Drive to learn new things (and bring them to the Enrian stack)

• Expertise in designing and optimizing cost-effective cloud infrastructure (This involves selecting the right services, managing costs, and ensuring scalability)

• Good understanding of application design patterns

YOU’LL STAND OUT WITH

• Diverse work experience in various environments, including corporate settings, start-ups, and software houses

• Demonstrated ability to adapt to different organizational cultures and workflows

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code methodologies (Terraform, Ansible) for provisioning and configuration management

• Implementing continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines (GitLab CI, Circle CI, Azure DevOps)

• Hands-on experience handling critical infrastructure (ensuring high availability, disaster recovery, and robust security practices)
