I advise CEOs and executive teams on how to strengthen their companies—focusing on operations, project management, systems, vendor management, marketing, software engineering, and organizational structure. And above all: people.

My strength lies in helping teams execute, not just strategize. I thrive on the conversations and debates that sharpen vision and strengthen teams. There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing a company put a solid strategy into motion and watching tangible progress unfold within a few months. (Also, few things make me happier than diving into a good P&L.)

My clients have included co-founders, CEOs, and C-suite leaders from companies with revenues up to $500M. My background is intentionally diverse—from helping run an artisanal pickle factory, to leading programs at Boeing, to driving interagency efficiency initiatives in the NYC Mayor’s Office.

I typically only dedicate a few hours per week to this work, as I also run a company myself.
