Experience Highlights:

As an IT Specialist / Project Manager, I defined technical requirements and led customer-facing projects from inception through implementation and support. I managed diverse vendors and organizations, ensuring efficient delivery. I am familiar with Aras Innovator, Odoo, and Windchill for product lifecycle management. I also designed and tested hardware, including servers, workstations, laptops, and enterprise phones. My role involved regular communication through calls and emails, focusing on customer satisfaction. I assessed risks, validated processes, and implemented efficient workflows for project success. I administered databases such as mySQL, MariaDB, and SQLite and supported software development in C++, Python, and web applications.

As a Solutions Architect, I designed technical networks for major clients like Windstream, Guest-Tek, Swisscom, and more. I managed deployment units from 40 to 11,000 devices, ensuring scalability and efficiency. I used AI and automation to improve network performance and delivered high-performance network designs for various environments, including urban, shoreline, and outdoor areas. I also instructed teams on Solutions Architect fundamentals.

As a Lead Network Engineer, I supervised on-site install teams and coordinated multi-site installations. I diagnosed and resolved complex network issues with effective documentation. I managed the integration of various networks and devices, ensuring optimal functionality and provided client-focused support. I collaborated with management and vendors for progress and solutions while mentoring new hires and emphasizing best practices in network engineering.

Technical Expertise:

I am proficient with HPE/Aruba, Cisco/Meraki, Ruckus, Brocade, Fortinet networking equipment. I have experience with HP, Dell, and Lenovo hardware, as well as small device manufacturers. I quickly adapt to new programming languages, CLI/API environments, and network communication systems. I am skilled in Unix/Windows server environments, mobile systems, VMware ESXi, and vCloud Suite. I am familiar with Office, Adobe, Excel, Visio, Photoshop, Ekahau, AutoCAD, and SketchUp, and I am dedicated to continuously learning emerging technologies and systems.
