Description:

Urban Design Ltd. is seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join our team in Sydney. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects and contribute to the design and development of innovative architectural solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives
• Create architectural designs, drawings, and specifications that meet client needs and comply with regulatory standards
• Utilize software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp to develop and present design concepts
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project feasibility and integrity
• Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project progress and address any design-related issues
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in architecture

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design and project management
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant software applications
• Strong design sensibility and creative problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Eligibility for registration with the Architects Accreditation Council of Australia (AACA) preferred
